Alberto Cowboy goes to court against Tia Milena after joke on Domingão: "Violation of honor"
Comadre, the "washing of dirty laundry" is now with a lawyer! After being called a "bum" by Milena during a joke on Luciano Huck's show, Alberto Cowboy called his legal team and promised that the speech will not go unpunished. The game is over, but the process has begun!
The ruffle is serious, bedpan. Alberto's lawyer, Dr. Alessandra München, has already released a note saying that Milena has crossed the line. According to the defense, calling someone a "lying bum" on national television is not "freedom of expression", but rather a direct attack on the dignity and reputation of the Cowboy.
His team was very clear: they are already preserving all the evidence (the video of the speech on Domingão, right?) and evaluating an action for compensation for moral damages. Alberto also spoke out, saying that it is "regrettable" that Milena is still concerned about damaging his image out here, instead of focusing on her own career. He reinforced that, although they were opponents in the game, real life requires respect and responsibility with words.
