Cíntia Dicker breaks her silence and denies pension lawsuit against Pedro Scooby: "It's all lies"

The separation has barely become public and a new controversy has taken over the internet. Cíntia Dicker, however, decided to speak: she denied any legal dispute with Pedro Scooby and asked them not to try to create a rivalry between the two.
Understand the whole story
Comadre and compadre, the day was busy in the world of celebrities! Information initially released by Ancelmo Gois' column, from the newspaper O Globo, pointed out that Cíntia Dicker would have called the Family Court to request that Pedro Scooby contribute to the expenses of the former couple's daughter, Aurora, 3 years old.
According to the publication echoed by different portals, the alleged request would involve expenses related to education, food, supermarket and other needs of the child. It was also reported that Scooby, who maintains a residence in Cascais, Portugal, had not yet been formally notified.
The news quickly gained social media, but a few hours later, Cíntia decided to speak out and presented a completely different version.
Cíntia denies lawsuit and judicial pension
Through a video published on Instagram stories, the model said that the information was false and showed discomfort with the repercussions involving her personal life.
Cíntia declared that she and Pedro are not in litigation and assured that the two remain very close. According to the model, there is an agreement between them and there is no dispute related to alimony or justice.
"All these pension things, justice, it's all lies," said Cíntia.
She also asked for respect for the moment lived by the family and assured that she talks to Scooby daily. The model was categorical in saying that there is no fight and that any attempt to create a rivalry between the two does not correspond to reality. The denial was confirmed and echoed by CNN Brasil and by Metrópoles.
Separation happened about two months ago
Pedro Scooby and Cíntia Dicker began dating at the end of 2019 and made their union official in the following years. Together, they are parents to Aurora, who was born in December 2022 and faced health complications shortly after birth.
Although the breakup became public only recently, Scooby revealed that the two had already been separated for approximately two months. The surfer stated that there was no betrayal or disrespect and highlighted that both would remain united as friends and as Aurora's parents. Separation and friendly coexistence were also reported by Folha de S.Paulo and by Gshow.
Cíntia's publicist had already confirmed the end of the relationship, informing that the cycle as a couple ended with respect and that this feeling would remain between the two.
Rumors of betrayal were also denied
Soon after the confirmation of the separation, the name of Bianca Andrade, Boca Rosa, appeared among the speculations. She and Scooby participate together in the Dance of the Famous, but both denied any romantic involvement.
Scooby stated that he did not stay with anyone and repudiated the attempt to associate Bianca with the end of their marriage. The influencer also declared that the two are just friends and asked for respect for the families involved. The denials were registered by the Folha de S.Paulo.
After all, is there a lawsuit or not?
Until the closing of this article, Cíntia Dicker categorically denies that she has filed a lawsuit for child support against Pedro Scooby. There is no public and independent confirmation of the alleged legal dispute initially presented.
The confirmed fact is that the two are separated, are Aurora's parents and, according to the statements of both, maintain a friendly coexistence and a private agreement related to their daughter.
And look, comadre: separation is already a delicate moment, especially when there is a child involved. Before turning information into a dispute, it is important to listen to the people directly involved — and Cíntia made a point of making it clear that, between her and Pedro, there is no war.
