Desert in the Pope's Square! Michel Teló's concert has an empty audience on Vitória's birthday and images shock the web

Comadre, pull up the chair and open the parasol, because our land of Espírito Santo was the setting for one of those lemon pies that would break the heart of any artist! The singer Michel Teló landed on Ilha do Mel to be the great attraction of the 475 years of Vitória, but the party in the traditional Praça do Papa ended in a true echo under rain and cold wind!
Comadre, the capixaba loves a celebration, but when the weather closes, no one takes their foot off the house even to see a national star for free! Michel Teló was the star chosen to liven up Vitória's birthday in the emblematic Praça do Papa, but he found a desolate scenario: a sea of wet asphalt and very few people in front of the stage. The videos of the empty space circulated on the internet and became the most talked about subject of this Monday in the city!
The presentation took place on Sunday night (6), comadre, integrating the official calendar of the 475th anniversary of the capital of Espírito Santo. Scheduled to start at 7 pm, the sertanejo took the stage to show his project Sertanejinho do Teló, bringing country reinterpretations of classics such as "Ana Júlia", by Los Hermanos, and "Exagerado", by Cazuza.
What no one expected was the bucket of cold water (literally!) that fell on the event. The freezing night and the insistent drizzle scared away the families of Espírito Santo, transforming the wide Praça do Papa into a desert setting far away from the crowds that the place usually receives.
It didn't take long for those present to record the loneliness of the lawn and play the videos on social networks, generating a heated debate about the choice of attraction, the publicity and the lack of shelter for the rain.
Even in front of an audience that would fit comfortably in a large living room, Michel Teló was not discouraged, kept a smile on his face and fulfilled the complete repertoire until the end of the program.
It's what every good resident of Greater Vitória knows, right bedpan? If two drops of rain fall and the temperature reaches 20 degrees, the capixaba runs under the duvet with a cup of coffee and doesn't even come out if the cow coughs!
But here is our applause for Michel's professional posture, who honored the microphone until the last song!
And you, comadre? Did you face the serene of Praça do Papa to dance a sertanejo or did you prefer to stay at home in the warmth?
