A personal and artistic transformation may be beginning in MC Guimê's life. Known nationally for his funk hits and for his participation in BBB 23, the singer surprised followers by publishing a video interpreting a praise and talking openly about the desire to dedicate his voice to gospel music.
After the repercussion of the presentation, Guimê said that the desire to praise publicly was not born now. According to the artist, he has been feeling "the flame of the Holy Spirit" in his heart for a long time. Therefore, he decided to enter the studio and record the religious song.
The singer explained that his intention was not to reach numbers or get likes, but to touch people's lives. Guimê said he received reports from followers who cried, were moved and felt the presence of God when watching the video.
"God gave me the air to breathe, my voice and my talent," said the artist when explaining that he wants to use his gifts as a form of gratitude.

Converted to the evangelical faith since 2019, the singer declared that he wants to live more and more the message he intends to convey and remain close to God.
